  • The full address of the supplied property

I don't have an internet bank account, can I go paperless?

Yes. You can register at www.onevuonline.co.uk. Select 'Thames Water' when using the 'add a billing account' option. You will receive an email notification when your new bill is available.

Will I still receive a paper bill?

No. Once you register through your bank, you will receive an email notification that your new bill is available.

You can view your bill and all accompanying information online.
