Non-payment
We take non-payment of bills very seriously. If your bill is overdue please arrange for payment to be made immediately.
If you are having difficulty paying your bill, we may be able to help by setting up a customised payment plan for you. To set up a customised payment plan, you will need to speak with a member of our customer services team who can be contacted on 0845 9200 888 (Minicom 0845 7200 898).
For customers who receive benefits
If you are in receipt of Income Support, Job Seekers Allowance or you receive a state Pension, you may wish to consider Direct Water Payments.
Direct Water Payments are taken directly from your benefit, meaning:
- You do not have to remember to make payments
- There is no chance of a County Court Claim
The Job Centre Plus (Department for Work and Pensions) will take a fixed amount from your benefit to pay any debt and your current charges.
